摘要
对输送机犁式卸料器工作时的受力特点进行了分析,利用MATLAB仿真分析软件分析了导向板在不同工作夹角情况下的正应力、切应力的对应曲线,针对性地提出了卸料器的结构优化方案,将其导向板的工作夹角设置为60°~80°,以降低工作时的载荷冲击对导向板的影响,极大地提升其工作时的可靠性。
The stress characteristics of conveyor plow unloader are analyzed, the corresponding curves of normal stress and shear stress of guide plate under different working angles are established by using MATLAB simulation analysis software the structure optimization scheme of guide plate is put forward, the working angle of guide plate is set to 60°~80°, the influence of load impact on guide plate is reduced, and the reliability of guide plate is greatly improved.
