摘要
针对通风机在长时间的使用中出现叶片断裂、异常振动等故障,利用Solid Works三维软件,建立通风机的三维实体模型,基于Workbench对T35型矿用通风机叶片的固有振动频率进行了分析,对通风机的结构设计和优化改进提供了积极参考。
In view of the failure of blade fracture and abnormal vibration in the long time use of ventilator, the three-dimensional solid model of ventilator is established by using Solid Works three-dimensional software. Based on the Workbench, the natural vibration frequency of blade of T35 mine ventilator is analyzed. It provides a positive reference for the structural design and optimization improvement of ventilator.
