摘要
针对同安煤矿4号煤层行人大巷在掘进期间顶板出现的破碎现象,分析了巷道掘进前期原支护主要存在的问题,提出了一种自锁让压式锚杆支护,并分析了该锚杆结构及支护原理。实际应用结果表明,锚杆失效率由原来的8%降低为2%,全年可节约支护成本费用达42万元,保证了破碎顶板稳定性。
In view of the broken roof of pedestrian roadway in No.4 coal seam of Tongan coal mine during the excavation period, the main problems of the original support in the early stage of roadway excavation are analyzed, and a self-locking pressure bolt support is put forward, and the structure and supporting principle of the bolt are analyzed.The practical application results show that the bolt loss efficiency is reduced from 8% to 2%, and the cost of supporting can be saved up to 420000 yuan in the whole year, which ensures the stability of broken roof.
