摘要
针对目前国内综采工作面设备发展水平相对落后、不合理的配套综采设备以及经验判断所造成的工作量大、生产效率低等问题,以综采工作面采煤机、液压支架以及刮板输送机三个关键设备为综合成套研究设备,建立了三种设备的装配三维模型,并将该模型应用于动态仿真中,更加直观进行性能配套分析。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload and low production efficiency caused by the relatively backward and unreasonable supporting fully mechanized mining equipment in China at present, three key equipment of fully mechanized mining face: shearer, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor are used as comprehensive research equipment. The three-dimensional assembly model of three kinds of equipment is established. Then the model is applied to dynamic simulation to study and analyze the performance matching analysis more intuitively.
