摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench对某型梁液压支架顶梁在不同工况下的强度进行分析,得到了结构主体的应力分布情况与焊缝应力的分布情况。通过提取计算的应力值,得出侧护板与横隔板所形成焊缝区域为结构应力集中最明显、最容易破坏的区域,为顶梁的设计与使用提供了理论依据。
Using ANSYS Workbench to analyze the strength of the top beam of a certain type of beam hydraulic support under different working conditions, the stress distribution of the main body of the structure and the distribution of weld stress are obtained. By extracting the calculated stress value, the weld area formed by the side guard plate and the transverse partition plate is the most obvious and easily damaged area of the structural stress concentration.
