摘要
针对输送带的黏弹性特性及落料冲击大的影响导致输送机在启动和运行过程中难以维持同步运行的问题,结合双电机驱动的带式输送机的实际控制特性,提出了一种多电机协调控制技术。该技术的控制原理为模糊均衡控制,采用该技术对输送机的各驱动电机转速进行协调控制,可极大提升带式输送机运行的稳定性。
In view of the problem that the viscoelastic characteristics of conveyor belt and the impact of blanking impact make it difficult to maintain synchronous operation in the process of starting and running, a multi-motor coordinated control technology is put forward based on the reed control characteristics. The principle of fuzzy balanced control is adopted to coordinate the speed control of each driving motor of conveyor, which greatly improves the stability of belt conveyor operation.
