摘要
对TBS干扰床分选机的基本结构及其工作原理进行了简要概述,结合洗煤厂案例分析了TBS分选机在实践应用过程中存在的问题,并结合实际情况对TBS分选机工艺进行了优化改进,取得了较好的效果,经初步估算每年可多营收966万元,为选煤厂创造了较好的经济效益。
The basic structure and working principle of TBS interference bed separator are briefly summarized.Combined with the case study of coal washing plant, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical application of TBS separator. Combined with the actual situation, the process of TBS separator is optimized and improved, and good results are obtained. The preliminary estimation shows that the annual revenue can be increased by 9.66 million yuan, which creates better economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
