摘要
结合长平洗煤厂配煤自动化系统存在的问题,提出了配煤自动化系统应用改造方案,进一步对给煤机插板电液推杆改造、灰分仪改造、给煤机变频改造方案进行分析,以期提高煤炭质量及锅炉热效率,实现节能减排,优化产品结构。
Combined with the existing problems of coal blending automation system in changping coal washing plant,this paper puts forward the application transformation scheme of coal blending automation system, and further analyzes the transformation scheme of electro-hydraulic push rod, ash meter and frequency conversion transformation of coal feeder for coal feeder, in order to improve coal quality and boiler thermal efficiency, realize energy saving and emission reduction, and optimize product structure.
