摘要
针对传统煤矿无极绳绞车运行过程中存在的问题,基于变频器调速控制技术设计煤矿无极绳绞车速度控制系统,包括控制系统总体结构设计、硬件设计和软件设计。在该系统的设计中,选用PLC作为核心控制器,通过变频器实现绞车电机速度的控制,避免速度、运行轨道突变对设备造成冲击,可有效提升无极绳绞车运行的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of the traditional endless rope winch in coal mine, the speed control system of the endless rope winch in coal mine is studied based on the speed control technology of frequency converter. PLC is chosen as the core controller to realize the speed control of winch motor through frequency converter in the design of this system, so as to avoid the impact of speed and running track mutation on the equipment,and effectively improve the reliability of endless rope winch operation.
