摘要
针对当前通风控制系统自动化程度低、耗能严重的问题,在分析变频调速技术和PLC控制技术原理的基础上,完成了通风控制系统中变频调速控制系统、PLC控制系统以及监测系统的配置设计,并基于MODBSU通信协议和工业以太网通信方式实现上位机、PLC控制器以及变频器的通信,实现了通风系统节能、自动化控制。
In view of the low degree of automation and serious energy consumption of the current ventilation control system, on the basis of analyzing the principle of frequency conversion speed regulation technology and PLC control technology, the configuration design of frequency conversion speed regulation control system, PLC control system and monitoring system in the ventilation control system is completed. The communication of upper computer, PLC controller and frequency converter is realized based on the MODBSU communication protocol and industrial Ethernet communication mode, and the energy saving and automatic control of ventilation system is realized.
