摘要
为进一步提升带式输送机的可靠性和稳定性,实现张紧系统的智能化、自动化控制,根据工作面长度及坡度等参数确定张紧系统的布置位置,完成了液压张紧系统关键元器件的选型设计,并基于PLC控制器完成了自动化、智能化张紧控制系统的设计。
In order to further improve the reliability and stability of belt conveyor and realize the intelligent and automatic control of tensioning system, the layout position of tensioning system is determined according to the parameters such as working face length and slope, and the selection design of key components of hydraulic tensioning system is completed, and the automatic and intelligent tensioning control system is designed based on PLC controller.
