摘要
首先介绍了顺槽下运带式输送机的总体情况,分析了输送机出现飞车问题的根本原因。从控制煤矿物料重力分量引起的加速力矩和提升输送机制动力矩两个层面提出了飞车防治的具体措施。防治措施的实施可有效避免飞车现象,提升带式输送机运行的稳定性。
The general situation of the belt conveyor along the trough is introduced first, and the root cause of the flying car problem is analyzed. From the control of the acceleration torque caused by the gravity component of coal mine materials and the lifting and conveying mechanism power moment, the concrete measures for the control of flying vehicles are put forward. The use of preventive measures effectively avoids the phenomenon of flying cars and improves the stability of belt conveyor operation.
