摘要
为了提高煤炭品质及煤炭资源利用率,以塔山选煤厂所使用美国艺利进口HDMA-6Φ914×2972磁选机为例,对磁选机在选煤工艺过程中的工作原理进行介绍,并着重对选煤厂磁选机常见的故障现象进行分析,并根据故障原因和磁选机的结构构成提出针对性的预防措施。
In order to improve the quality of coal and improve the utilization rate of coal resources, based on the example of the U. S. Yili imported HDMA-6φ914×2972 magnetic separator used in Tashan coal preparation plant,the working mode of magnetic separator in coal preparation process is introduced, and relevant measures put forward for the magnetic separator structure.
