近视成因与人工干预及中医介入的研究

Research on causes of myopia, artificial intervention and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment

近视是世界发病率最高且仍在持续增加的眼病,是眼科界以及社会关注的研究热点和难点。目前我国青少年近视率已居世界第一,科学防控,迅速降低近视发生率已是我国国策,也成为我国眼科医生义不容辞的责任。本文根据团队前期的研究积累,结合同行报道,从近视的现状与发展特点入手,寻找近视成因及骤增的拐点要素。并在此基础上,根据权重,探求近视综合防控方法并提出相关建议,同时对中医介入的方法与效果进行了研讨。

Myopia is the ophthalmic disease with the highest incidence rate in the world and is still increasing.It is also a hot and difficult research topic of concern in ophthalmology and society.At present,juvenile myopia rate in China has ranked first in the world.Scientific prevention and control and rapid reduction of the incidence of myopia have become the national policy in China,and become an obligatory duty of the eye doctors.Based on the accumulation of the team's previous research,combined with peer reports,we hope to find the causes of myopia and the inflection point factors of sudden increase from the current situation and development characteristics of myopia.On the basis,according to the weight,we want to explore the comprehensive prevention and control methods of myopia and put forward relevant suggestions.At the same time,the methods and effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention were discussed.
