[目的/意义]旨在为企业创新提供参考。[方法/过程]利用知识图谱和内容分析法,对专利数据研究的年度变化、国家分布、机构类型、核心作者群等进行分析。[结果/结论]发现专利数据研究主题主要集中在管理对策、技术方法、应用吸纳等方面。管理对策主要从制度、政策、与企业运营的契合以及专利所带来效益等方面进行宏观规制和微观引导;技术方法主要关注超大规模数据处理技术和基于语义本体的数据关联技术;应用吸纳主要研究相关专利在企业应用场景、路径和模式等。

[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide references for enterprise innovation.[Method/process]The paper uses mapping knowledge domain and content analysis to analyze the annual number of patent data research,country,organization,core author,etc.[Result/conclusion]The results show that the research topics focus on management and countermeasures,technology and methods,application absorption and so on.Management and countermeasures mainly are carried out based on macro regulation and micro guidance from the aspects of system,policy,and business operation and the benefits brought by patents.The technology and methods focus on ultra-large-scale data processing technology and data association technology based on semantic ontology.The application of the research focus on related patents in enterprise application scenarios,paths and models.
