结膜Ⅳ号方联合揿针治疗儿童低中度近视的疗效观察

Clinical study of conjunctiva Ⅳ formula with press needle on auricular acupoints in management of low-moderate myopia in children

目的观察结膜Ⅳ号方熏蒸联合耳穴揿针治疗儿童低中度近视的临床疗效。方法收集符合纳入标准的患儿240例(480)只眼,随机分为治疗组120例(240只眼)和对照组120例(240只眼)。其中治疗组因不能按时复诊、不愿接受揿针治疗及使用OK镜治疗脱落29例(58只眼),剩余91例(182只眼)。所有入组患儿均在治疗前、治疗后12个月、治疗后18个月行视力检查、散瞳验光、测量眼轴。对照组除完成上述检查外不予任何处理。治疗组予以结膜Ⅳ号方熏蒸联合耳穴揿针治疗。治疗12个月,并随访6个月。结果 (1)LogMAR视力:治疗后12个月,2组间比较(t=-3.044,P=0.003)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-4.696,P=0.000)和对照组(t=-18.956,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义;治疗后18个月,2组间比较(t=-6.886,P=0.000)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-8.625,P=0.000)和对照组(t=-32.698,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。(2)屈光度数:治疗后12个月,2组间比较(t=-3.509,P=0.000)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-16.764,P=0.000)和对照组(t=-21.476,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义;治疗后18个月,2组间比较(t=-4.046,P=0.000)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-17.299,P=0.000)和对照组(t=-23.495,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。(3)眼轴:治疗后12个月,2组间比较(t=-3.836,P=0.000)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-10.799,P=0.001)和对照组(t=-30.681,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义;治疗后18个月,2组间比较(t=-2.588,P=0.010)。治疗前后比较,治疗组(t=-18.074,P=0.000)和对照组(t=-41.638,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义。(4)并发症:2组儿童均无并发症发生。结论结膜Ⅳ号方联合揿针治疗可缓解低中度近视儿童近视度数的发展,延缓眼轴伸长,提高视力。

OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of conjunctival Ⅳ formula with press needle on auricular acupoints in management of low, moderate myopia in children. METHODS A total of 240 cases(480 eyes) of children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(120 cases, 240 eyes) and control group(120 cases, 240 eyes). Among them, 29 cases(58 eyes) in the treatment group fell out because they could not return to the clinic on time, did not want to accept therapy or used orthokeratology lens treatment, and 91 cases(182 eyes) remained. Visual acuity, mydriatic refractometry and axial length measurement were performed before and 6 months after treatment. The control group did not receive any treatment except the above examination.The treatment group was treated with conjunctival IV combined with press needle on auricular acupoints. The patients were treated for 12 months and followed up for 6 months. RESULTS(1)Comparison of LogMAR visual acuity: 12 months after treatment, the difference between two groups were of statistical significance(t=-3.044,P=0.003). The variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t=-4.696,P=0.000;t=-18.956,P=0.000);18 months after treatment, the difference between two groups were of statistical significance(t=-6.886, P=0.000). The variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t=-8.625, P=0.000;t=-32.698,P=0.000).(2) Diopter: 12 months after treatment, the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance(t=-3.509,P=0.000). The variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t=-16.764,P=0.000;t=-21.476,P=0.000);18 months after treatment, the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance(t=-4.046, P=0.000). The variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t =-17.299, P =0.000;t =-23.495,P =0.000).(3) Axial length: 12 months after treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference(t =-3.836,P =0.000). After treatment, the variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t=-10.799,P=0.001;t=-30.681, P=0.000);18 months after treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference(t=-2.588,P=0.010). The variation of treatment group and the control group were both statistically significant(t=-18.074,P=0.000;t=-41.638,P=0.000).(4) Complications: No complications occurred in both groups. CONCLUSIONS Conjunctiva Ⅳ formula with press needle on auricular acupoints could inhibit the development of children with low to moderate myopia, delay the axial elongation, improve eyesight.
