北方复合型封窖方法的研究和应用

Research and Application of Compound Pit Sealing Method in North China

分析了国内目前浓香型白酒封窖方法的优劣;结合传统封窖方法优点,创建北方复合型封窖方法,综合考虑了窖池形状、大小、厂房条件、气候环境、成本、可操作性等因素,并将新型封窖方法广泛应用于生产。结果表明,与国内现有封窖方法相比,复合型封窖方法具有成本低、适应性好、柔性好、密封好等优点,且可循环利用,具有很高的推广价值。

The domestical existing pit Sealing Methods for luzhou-flavor liquor were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Combined with the advantages of traditional pit sealing methods,the northern compound pit sealing method was established,which comprehensively considered the shape,size,plant conditions,climate environment,cost,operability and other factors,and the new pit sealing method was widely used in production.The results show that,compared with the domestical existing pit sealing methods,the compound pit sealing method has the advantages of low cost,good adaptability,good flexibility,good sealing,etc.,and can be recycled.Accordingly,such method Has the very high promotion value.
