摘要
依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 27411-2012《检测实验室中常用不确定度评定方法与表示》两个不确定度相关标准,对采用2015年版《中国药典》中金银花绿原酸含量测定分析方法进行不确定度评定,建立数学模型,识别、分析测定过程中的不确定度来源,评估各个不确定度分量,得出不确定度评定结果,为确保测量结果的准确性提供科学依据。
According to JJF 1059.1-2012"measurement uncertainty evaluation and said,"and GB/T 27411-2012"uncertainty evaluation method is commonly used in testing laboratory and said"two relative standard uncertainty,using"Chinese pharmacopoeia"2015 version of honeysuckle chlorogenic acid content determination method for uncertainty evaluation,establishing mathematical model for the identification,analysis,determination of the uncertainty in the process of source,evaluate the uncertainty components,the uncertainty of evaluation results,in order to ensure the accuracy of the measured results provide a scientific basis.
