气相色谱法分析津酒白酒香味组分

Measurement of Fragrance Components in Liquor by Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法同时测定白酒中多种微量成分。色谱柱为PEG20M(38 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),采用程序升温,分流进样方式,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)。在选定的色谱条件下,各种微量成分得到较好的分离,方法回收率在90.5%~100.8%之间,重现性好,准确度高。 Several trace compositions in liquor were measured simultaneously by capillary gas chromatography and the related technical conditions were summed up as follows:chromatographic column as PEG20M(38m×0.25mm×0.25μm),temperature programming,split sampling and FID as detector.Under the above conditions,all trace compositions were separated successfully with the recoveries between 90.5%~100.8%.Such method had the advantages such as good repeatability and high accuracy.
