近年来,传统的不动产登记制度已无法满足新时期的发展需求,相关部门必须针对传统的不动产登记制度进行优化和完善,还需要将信息技术贯穿到不动产登记档案管理的全过程中,提高不动产登记档案管理的整体水平,为不动产登记改革提供大力支持。基于此,本文主要针对不动产登记档案的信息化管理进行了分析。

In recent years,the traditional real estate registration system has been unable to meet the development needs of the new period.The relevant departments must optimize and improve the traditional real estate registration system,and also need to apply information technology to the whole process of real estate registration file management,so as to improve the overall level of real estate registration file management and provide strong support for real estate registration reform.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the information management of real estate registration archives.
