摘要
随着网络信息化技术的进步以及通信业务的发展,人类社会已经全面进入大数据时代。在大数据时代各大运营商面临着更加激烈的市场竞争。中国联通要想能够在市场竞争中取得领先优势,就要在大数据技术背景下对通信用户的行为进行分析和挖掘,从而为用户提供更加优质的服务,因此笔者就联通通信用户的行为特点和数据挖掘方法进行了分析。
With the progress of network information technology and the development of communication business,now the society has entered the era of big data.In the era of big data,major operators are facing more fierce market competition.If China Unicom wants to take the lead in the market competition,it needs to analyze and mine the behavior of communication users under the background of big data technology,so as to provide users with better services.Therefore,this paper analyzes the behavior characteristics and data mining methods of Unicom communication users.
