情景模拟教学法在临床药学专业本科教学中的应用

随着卫生医疗事业的不断改革和发展,临床药学服务成为我国未来医院药学服务发展的重点,临床药师成为医院紧缺的药学服务型人才。但是,国内院校对临床药学专业人才的培养仍处于摸索阶段。情景模拟教学法可以引导学生掌握和运用理论知识分析、解决问题,培养学生的自主学习、团队协作、与医生和患者沟通的能力,对培养更加符合临床实践需求的临床药学本科生具有积极作用。本文对情景模拟教学法的现状、实施策略及临床意义进行阐述。

With the continuous development and reform of the healthcare industry,clinical pharmacy services are the focus of the future development of hospital pharmacy services in our country,and clinical pharmacists have become the pharmacy service talents that are in short supply in hospitals.However,the training of clinical pharmacy professionals in domestic institution is still in the exploratory stage.The scenario simulation teaching method can guide students to master and use theoretical knowledge to analyze and solve problems,cultivate students'independent learning,team communication and collaboration,and the ability to communicate with doctors and patients.It has a positive effect on cultivating clinical pharmacy undergraduates who are more in line with the needs of clinical practice.This article describes the current situation,implementation strategies and clinical significance of the scenario simulation teaching method.
