胫腓骨中下段骨折患者实施微创经皮钢板固定术配合锁定钢板治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation Combined with Locking Plate in Patients with Tibia and Fibula Fractures

目的观察与评价31例胫腓骨中下段骨折患者实施微创经皮钢板固定术配合锁定钢板治疗的效果。方法对该院2018年8月—2019年10月收治的胫腓骨中下段骨折患者进行筛选,选择62例患者作为该次研究的对象,数字法随机分为两组,每组31例。观察组实施微创经皮钢板固定术配合锁定钢板治疗,对照组实施传统切开复位内固定术治疗。比较两组手术指标、骨折愈合时间、Johner-Wruhs评分优良率。结果观察组术中出血量(31.07±6.42)d、住院时间(12.30±0.62)d、骨折愈合时间(3.30±0.42)个月优于对照组(60.59±6.36)mL、(18.10±0.58)d、(4.70±0.51)个月,差异有统计学差异(t=3.998、3.762、3.801,P<0.05)。观察组Johner-Wruhs评分优良率93.55%明显高于对照组80.65%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.108,P<0.05)。结论对31例胫腓骨中下段骨折患者实施微创经皮钢板固定术配合锁定钢板治疗可以大幅减少患者术中出血量,缩短患者住院时间,手术创伤较小,术后恢复情况更佳,治疗效果确切,值得应用。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking plate treatment in 31 patients with middle and lower tibia and fibula fractures.Methods Screening patients with fractures of the middle and lower tibia and fibula treated in the hospital from August 2018 to October 2019,62 patients were selected as the object of this study,and the digital method was randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking plate treatment,and the control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.Surgical indicators,fracture healing time,and Johner-Wruhs score excellent rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(31.07±6.42)mL,hospital stay(12.30±0.62)d,and fracture healing time(3.30±0.42)months of the observation group were better than those of the control group by(60.59±6.36)mL,(18.10±0.58)d,and(4.70±0.51)months,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.998,3.762,3.801,P<0.05).The excellent rate of Johner-Wruhs score in the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,80.65%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.108,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with locking plate treatment for 31 patients with middle and lower tibia and fibula fractures can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the hospital stay of the patient,have less surgical trauma,and have better postoperative recovery and treatment results,which is worth applying.
