磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C对病毒性心肌炎患儿心肌损伤标志物的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Sodium Creatine Phosphate Combined with Vitamin C on Markers of Myocardial Injury in Children with Viral Myocarditis

摘要 目的探讨病毒性心肌炎患儿应用磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗效果。方法选取92例2018年2月—2019年8月该院收治病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将92例患儿分对照组与研究组,其中采用常规治疗46例患儿为对照组,采用磷酸肌酸钠联合维C生素治疗46例患儿为研究组,对比对照组与研究组患儿心肌损伤标志物、治疗效果以及超声心动图各项参数。结果研究组患儿IMA(50.15±4.95)U/mL、CK-MB(52.16±5.62)ng/mL、LDH(336.15±39.62)U/L、HBDH(232.23±27.61)U/L、CTNI(1.69±0.18)ng/mL、MYO(85.62±8.59)ng/mL低于对照组患儿(t=15.280、15.278、20.670、21.865、50.844、29.185,P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率95.65%显著高于对照组患儿76.09%(χ^2=7.256,P=0.007)。研究组患儿LAD(17.11±1.24)mm、LVDD(3.62±0.51)cm、RVDD(1.15±0.16)cm、IVSD(0.40±0.04)cm、RVOT(17.62±1.83)mm均小于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(t=7.172、8.955、11.546、9.533、2.696,P<0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患儿应用磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗具有显著效果,可以有效保护患儿心功能,降低患儿各项心肌酶指标,具有临床使用以及推广价值。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sodium phosphate creatine combined with vitamin C in children with viral myocarditis.Methods 92 patients with viral myocarditis admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the treatment method,92 patients were divided into a control group and a research group,of which 46 patientsc were treated with conventional treatment as a control group,46 patients treated with sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamins C were used as the study group.The myocardial injury markers,treatment effects,and various parameters of echocardiography were compared between the control group and the study group.Results IMA(50.15±4.95)U/mL,CK-MB(52.16±5.62)ng/mL,LDH(336.15±39.62)U/L,HBDH(232.23±27.61)U/L,CTNI(1.69±0.18)ng/mL,MYO(85.62±8.59)ng/mL were lower in the study group.In the control group(t=15.280,15.278,20.670,21.865,50.844,29.185,P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the study group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.09%)(χ^2=7.256,P=0.007).The children in the study group had smaller LAD(17.11±1.24)mm,LVDD(3.62±0.51)cm,RVDD(1.15±0.16)cm,IVSD(0.40±0.04)cm,and RVOT(17.62±1.83)mm than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(t=7.172,8.955,11.546,9.533,2.696,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamin C in children with viral myocarditis has a significant effect,which can effectively protect the heart function of children and reduce various myocardial enzyme indexes in children.It has clinical use and promotion value.
