西药房调血脂药物联合用药使用情况的分析

Analysis of the Combined Use of Blood Lipid Regulating Drugs in Western Pharmacy

目的了解该院西药房调血脂药物联合用药使用情况。方法择取2018年3月—2019年3月该院门诊西药房处方407张,对处方中的调血脂药物规格、种类、数量等进行统计分析,并观察其联合使用状况。结果407张西药房调血脂处方中15张联合使用调血脂药物处方,与总处方比较,占3.69%。经过统计分析发现,2张不合理联合使用调血脂药物处方,与联合使用总数比较,占13.33%。针对调血脂药物联合应用而言,其中11张他汀类药物与依折麦布联用使用处方,与所有联合使用处方总数比较,占73.33%;2张阿托伐他汀与脂必泰胶囊联用处方,与所有联合使用处方总数比较,占13.33%;1张瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀药物联合使用处方,占所有联合使用处方总数的6.67%;1张辛伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀药物联合使用处方,占所有联合使用处方总数的6.67%。结论在所有调血脂药物中,该院他汀类药物使用比例较高,调脂药物联合使用状况较少。

Objective To understand the combined use of lipid-lowering drugs in the western pharmacy.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,407 prescriptions in the outpatient western pharmacy of the hospital were selected.The specifications,types,and quantities of blood lipid-lowering drugs in the prescriptions were statistically analyzed,and the combined use status was observed.Results 15 out of 407 prescriptions for regulating blood lipids in western pharmacy combined with prescriptions for regulating blood lipids,compared with the total prescription,accounted for 3.69%.After statistical analysis,it was found that two unreasonable prescriptions for combined use of blood lipid regulating drugs accounted for 13.33%of the total prescriptions for combined use.For the combined application of lipid-lowering drugs,11 of them were used in combination with ezetimibe,which accounted for 73.33%of all the combined prescriptions;2 atorvastatins were used in combination with Zhibitai capsules Prescriptions,compared with all the combined prescriptions,accounted for 13.33%;1 combination of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin drugs accounted for 6.67%of the total combination prescriptions;1 combination of simvastatin and rosuvastatin drugs,the use of prescriptions accounted for 6.67%of all combined prescriptions.Conclusion Among all lipid-lowering drugs,the proportion of statins in our hospital is higher,and the combined use of lipid-lowering drugs is less.
