互动式健康教育在儿童口腔保健中的应用及对患儿依从性的影响

The Application of Interactive Health Education in Children's Oral Health and Its Impact on Children's Compliance

目的将互动式健康教育用于儿童口腔保健中,分析其应用效果及对患儿的依从性影响。方法对2018年3月—2019年4月接收的110例接受口腔保健教育的儿童分组研究,以数字随机法分成观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=55),对照组行常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上加互动式健康教育,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果观察组刷牙次数、刷牙时间与对照组相比,均相对更多,观察组刷牙依从性为94.55%,与对照组76.36%相比,相对更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.310,P<0.05);观察组保健知识知晓率为96.36%,与对照组78.18%相比,相对更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.875,P<0.05)。结论对儿童实施互动式健康教育效果理想,可提升儿童依从性,增强其口腔保健知识知晓率,有效预防儿童口腔疾病,值得应用。

Objective To use interactive health education in children's oral health care,and to analyze its application effect and its impact on children's compliance.Methods A group study of 110 children who received oral health education from March 2018 to April 2019 was divided into an observation group(n=55)and a control group(n=55)by numerical randomization.The control group adopted routine education,the observation group adds interactive health education on the basis of the control group,and compares the intervention results of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the number of brushing and the time of brushing in the observation group were relatively more.The compliance of the brushing in the observation group was 94.55%,which was relatively higher than that in the control group 76.36%the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.310,P<0.05).The awareness rate of health care knowledge in the group was 96.36%,which was relatively higher than that in the control group(78.18%)the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.875,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing interactive health education on children is ideal.It can improve children's compliance,enhance their knowledge of oral health knowledge,and effectively prevent children's oral diseases.It is worth applying.
