小儿重症病毒性脑炎预后不良的危险因素及早期护理干预效果刍议

The Risk Factors of Poor Prognosis of Severe Viral Encephalitis in Children and the Effect of Early Nursing Intervention

目的观察研究小儿重症病毒性脑炎预后不良的危险因素及早期护理干预成效。方法选取2018年5月—2019年11月该院收录的重症病毒性脑炎患病儿童50例,并随机分为数量相同的实验组与对照组,每组25例。对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以早期干预护理,观察两组患者护理成效。结果实验组患病儿童总有效率(100.00%)明显要高于对照组(84.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.445,P=0.007);实验组患病儿童发热持续时间及症状改善时间要优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿重症病毒性脑炎预后的影响因素主要包含长时间的发热、惊厥和意识障碍等,在小儿重症病毒性脑炎的护理中,运用早期护理干预能够有效的提升医治成效,促进患患者员的早日康复。

Objective To observe and study the risk factors of poor prognosis in children with severe viral encephalitis and the effectiveness of early nursing intervention.Methods Fifty children with severe viral encephalitis were collected from May 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital,and randomly divided into the same number of experimental groups and control groups,25 people in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received early intervention nursing to observe the nursing effectiveness of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the sick children in the experimental group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.00%),the difference between the two groups was very significant,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.445,P=0.007);sick children in the experimental group of fever duration and symptom improvement time were better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was very obvious and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognostic factors of severe viral encephalitis in children mainly include fever,convulsion and disturbance of consciousness for a long time.In the nursing of severe viral encephalitis in children,early nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and promote the early recovery of the patients.
