耳内窥镜在治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎及中耳胆脂瘤手术中的应用效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Otoendoscopy in the Treatment of chronic suppurative Otitis Media and Cholesteatoma of Middle Ear

目的研究耳内窥镜在治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎及中耳胆脂瘤手术中的应用效果。方法随机2019年4月—2020年4月选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院48例患慢性化脓性中耳炎或中耳胆脂瘤患者参与研究,平均分组后提供不同的手术治疗方法,观察组实施内耳窥镜下手术治疗方法,对照组患者实施常规鼓室成型手术,比较最终结果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率达95.83%、不良反应发生率为8.34%,各项结果均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎疾病与中耳胆脂瘤在手术中若能以耳内窥镜辅助治疗,则手术效果可有效提升,术后恢复性更好。

Objective To study the effect of otoscope in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of middle ear.Methods 48 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media or cholesteatoma of middle ear were randomly selected from the Luoyang central hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University,the patients in the observation group were treated by operation under endoscope,and the patients in the control group were treated by conventional tympanoplasty,the final results were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.34%,the results were better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the operation of chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma can be assisted by otoscope,the effect of operation can be improved and the recovery is better.
