中国河口与越南老街人群血脂特点比较

Comparison of Blood Lipid Characteristics between Chinese Hekou and Vietnamese Old Street

目的比较相同自然条件下两个相对独立人群的血脂特点。方法以2016年1月—2019年1月河口县人民医院收治的腰腿痛患者为研究对象,通过HIS系统获取患者的国籍、身高、体重及血脂水平数据。按国籍分组,采用t检验及Pearson相关性分析进行统计分析。结果中国人群BMI值高于越南人群,差异显著(P<0.01)。越南人群TC和LDL水平高于中国人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中国人群TC、TG、LDL与BMI值呈正相关,P<0.05(TC、LDL)或P<0.001(TG);HDL与BMI值负相关(P<0.001)。越南人群血脂水平与BMI值不具有统计学相关性,(P>0.05)。结论中国河口与越南老街人群血脂水平存在一些值得关注的差异,两个群体间具有疾病种族差异研究的天然优势,进一步进行两国人群间血脂代谢分子水平的对照研究可能会得出一些有价值的结果。

Objective To compare the characteristics of blood lipids in two relatively independent populations under the same natural conditions.Methods The patients with lumbago and leg pain in Hekou county hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were studied.The data of nationality,height,weight and lipid level were obtained by HIS system.The T test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results the body mass index(BMI)of Chinese was higher than that of Vietnamese(P<0.01).TC and LDL levels in Vietnamese were significantly higher than those in Chinese(P<0.01).TC,TG,LDL were positively correlated with BMI,P<0.05(TC,LDL)or P<0.001(TG),and HDL was negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.001).There was no significant correlation between serum lipid level and BMI in Vietnamese population(P>0.05).Conclusion There are some noticeable differences in blood lipid levels between the Chinese Hekou and the Vietnamese Old Street populations.There is a natural advantage in the study of ethnic differences in diseases between the two populations,further controlled studies of the molecular levels of lipid metabolism between the two populations may yield some valuable results.
