复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射用于膝骨关节炎治疗的疗效观察

Effect of Compound Betamethasone combined with Methotrexate Injection in the Treatment of knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察对膝骨关节炎进行复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射治疗的疗效变化。方法选取2012年2月—2018年12月本科膝关节炎住院患者200例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各100例。治疗组给予复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射治疗,对照给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。以VAS评分与WOMAC评分作为标准进行疗效观察对比。结果复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤对膝骨关节炎的疗效显著优于单用玻璃酸钠,特别是快速改善膝关节积液、关节疼痛有效率为100%,复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤治疗前后VAS评分和WOMAC评分改善显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论复方倍他米松联合甲氨蝶呤关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎治疗效果显著优于玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of compound betamethasone combined with methotrexate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 200 inpatients with knee arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(N=100)and control group(N=100).The treatment group was treated by compound betamethasone combined with methotrexate injection,and the control group was treated by intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.VAS score and WOMAC score were used as the standard to observe and compare the curative effect.Results The curative effect of compound betamethasone combined with methotrexate on knee osteoarthritis was significantly better than that of sodium hyaluronate alone,especially the rapid improvement of knee effusion and joint pain was 100%,the improvement of VAS score and WOMAC score before and after treatment with compound betamethasone and methotrexate were significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion The effect of compound betamethasone combined with methotrexate injection on knee osteoarthritis is significantly better than that of sodium hyaluronate injection.
