信息化管理在医务人员职业暴露管理中的应用及效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨信息化管理在医务人员职业暴露管理中的应用及效果。方法选取2016年1月-2019年12月重庆市某医院151例发生了职业暴露的医务人员为研究对象。以2016年1月-2017年12月发生了职业暴露的医务人员为对照组(n=66);以2018年1月-2019年12月开始实施信息化管理后发生了职业暴露的医务人员为观察组(n=85)。比较实施信息化管理前后,2组医务人员的职业暴露上报时间、跟踪随访检查延迟时间、感染控制人员核实职业暴露情况及反馈科室时间、职业暴露基本情况(包括暴露方式说明、暴露源情况、暴露后处理、职业暴露评估与处理、暴露后预防性治疗方案变化反馈情况)登记执行率和职业暴露财务报销时间。结果实施信息化管理后,观察组医务人员的职业暴露上报时间为(0.64±0.05)h,短于对照组的(2.50±0.04)h;跟踪随访检查延迟时间为(1.19±0.08)d,短于对照组的(3.22±0.13)d;感染控制人员核实职业暴露情况及反馈科室时间为(13.06±2.07)min,短于对照组的(30.11±3.09)min;职业暴露财务报销时间为(1.08±0.04)d,短于对照组的(3.02±0.54)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施信息化管理后,观察组医务人员的暴露方式说明、暴露源情况、暴露后处理、职业暴露评估与处理、暴露后预防性治疗方案变化反馈情况的登记执行率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理能有效降低医务人员职业暴露风险,提高医务人员职业暴露信息上报效率,实现信息精确化管理。 Objective To explore the application of information management in the occupational exposure of medical staff and its effects.Methods One hundred and fifty-one members of the medical staff of a hospital in Chongqing who underwent occupational exposure from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Medical workers who underwent occupational exposure from January 2016 to December 2017 were taken as the control group(n=66),while those who underwent occupational exposure from January 2018 to December 2019,i.e.after the implementation of informatization management were taken as the observation group(n=85).The two groups were compared in respect to occupational exposure reporting time,follow-up inspection delay time,time for infection control personnel to verify occupational exposure and feedback to the department,execution rate of basic occupational exposure information registration(including the description of exposure methods,exposure sources,post-exposure treatment,occupational exposure assessment and treatment,post-exposure preventive treatment plan change feedback)and occupational exposure financial reimbursement time.Results After the implementation of information management,the occupational exposure reporting time of medical staff was(0.64±0.05)h,shorter than that of the control group,which was(2.50±0.04)h;the delay time of follow-up inspection was(1.19±0.08)d,shorter than(3.22±0.13)d for the control group;the time for infection control personnel to verify occupational exposure and feedback to the department was(13.06±2.07)min,shorter than(30.11±3.09)min for the control group;the occupational exposure financial reimbursement time was(1.08±0.04)d,shorter than that of the control group,which was(3.02±0.54)d.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of information management,the excecution rate of exposure method description,exposure source,post-exposure treatment,occupational exposure assessment and treatment,and post-exposure preventive treatment plan change feedback was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Informatization management can effectively reduce the risk of occupational exposure for medical staff,improve the efficiency of reporting the occupational exposure information,and realize precise information management.
