川崎病与病毒感染的相关机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of Kawasaki disease and virus infection

川崎病(KD)是一种儿童时期获得性的心脏疾病,表现为血管炎综合征,常累及冠状动脉。虽然KD病因和整个发病机制尚不清楚,但已有的证据表明KD的发病机制与机体对各种病毒或微生物的免疫应答失调密切相关,特别是与病毒感染相关性强。根据临床和实验证据,本文就与KD相关的病毒感染研究进展作一综述,以期为今后深入研究KD发病机制提供参考。

Kawasaki disease is a childhood acquired heart disease characterized by vasculitis syndrome,which often involves coronary artery disease.Although the etiology and the whole pathogenesis are not clear,there is evidence that the pathogenesis of KD is closely related to the imbalance of immune response to various viruses or microorganisms.In particular,it has a strong correlation with virus infection.According to the clinical and experimental evidence,this paper reviews the research progress of virus related to KD.
