杨培君教授治疗冠心病支架植入术后再狭窄临床经验

A Study on Professor Yang Peijun’s Clinical Experience of Modified Treatment of the Restenosis after Stent Implantation for CHD by Gualou Xiebai and Banxia Decoction plus Danshen Yin

国家级名中医杨培君教授认为冠心病支架植入术后再狭窄的病理因素为"痰"与"瘀",两者相互交结而致支架内再狭窄。故治疗应化痰祛瘀,兼以宣肺,安神宁心,双心同调。临床运用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合丹参饮辨证加减治疗取得明显疗效,杨教授治疗该病以中医整体观为基础,将血脉与心神共同调治。合理应用中西医结合方法,能够改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Professor Yang Peijun, as a TCM practitioner of national renown, holds that the pathological factors of the restenosis after stent implantation for CHD(Coronary Heart Disease) are phlegm and stasis and they intertwine with each other to cause the in-stent restenosis. Therefore, the treatment should aim to dispel and clear the phlegm, additionally dispersing lung, calming shen and calming heart as well as harmonizing the form and shen. The clinical effect of modified treatment by using Gualou Xiebai and Banxia(pinellia ternate) Decoction plus Danshen( salviae miltiorrhizae) Decoction are significant since Professor Yang regulate the blood vessel and xin-shen simultaneously based on the holism of TCM. So the rational application of Western and Chinese therapy can improve patients’ clinical symptoms and their life quality.
