Objective To provide early warning for possible influenza through analyzing the results of influenza surveillance in Anyang City during 2015-2019.Methods Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect influenza-like case,MDCK cells or SPF chicken embryos were used to isolate the virus, and statistical analysis was performed. Results A total of 9460 influenza-like cases were obtained, mainly in the<5 years old group, accounting for 47.41%,45.97%,47.47%and 52.14%in the four surveillance years. The total positive rate was 22.25%,and the highest positive rate was observed in the 5-14 years old group.During 2015-2019,the dominant virus subtype was new A H1N1,the dominant virus subtype in the age group under 60 years old was new A H1N1,and new A H1N1 and Yamagata were the dominant subtypes in the≥60 years old group.A total of 341 cell strains and 62 chicken embryo strains were isolated in the four monitoring years. Conclusion It is pointed in our study that ILI percentage and positive rate of nucleic acid are different in different age groups, and influenza virus subtypes were different in different age distribution in Anyang City.
