2014年-2018年尘螨致敏过敏性结膜炎患者特征分析

Analysis of characteristics for patients with allergic conjunctivitis caused by dust mites from 2014 to 2018

目的了解本地区尘螨致敏过敏性结膜炎患者临床流行病学特征。方法采用免疫印迹法对4790例AC进行血清尘螨过敏原检测,按照性别、年龄、月份和年度进行分组分析。结果4790例AC尘螨阳性率为28.66%,男性尘螨阳性率为34.86%,女性尘螨阳性率为23.46%,男、女尘螨阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童尘螨阳性率为40.10%,成人尘螨阳性率为20.11%,儿童与成人尘螨阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同月份间尘螨阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中7月份达到最高,为42.47%,3月份最低,为11.53%。除2017年和2018年外,连续5年尘螨阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区因尘螨致敏的过敏性结膜炎患者存在性别、年龄、月份和年度的差异,可为本地区过敏性结膜炎的预防和治疗提供参考价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical epidemiological characteristics for patients with allergic conjunctivitis caused by dust mites in the area.Methods Serum allergens(dust mites)were detected by immunoblotting in 4790 cases of AC,which were grouped by genders,ages,months and years,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The positive rate of dust mite was 28.66%in 4790 cases,the positive rate of dust mite in males was 34.86%,the positive rate of dust mite in females was 23.46%,there was statistical significance on the difference between male and female in the positive rate of dust mite(P<0.05).The positive rate of dust mite in children was 40.10%,the positive rate of dust mite in adults was 20.11%,there was statistical significance on the difference between children and adults in the positive rate of dust mite(P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the differences from different months in the positive rate of dust mite(P<0.05),and it was the highest in July(42.47%)and it was the lowest in March(11.53%).The differences were statistically significant from 2014 to 2018,except for 2017 and 2018(P<0.05).Conclusion It is different on gender,age,month and year for patients with allergic conjunctivitis caused by dust in this area.The results may provide preventive and therapeutic value for patients with allergic conjunctivitis to the area.
