条纹锯鮨工业化循环水养殖成本分析 被引量:1

摘要 论文根据石斑鱼的生理生态特点构建的循环水养殖系统建设、配套设施设备和养殖数据进行分析,结果表明:该循环水养殖系统养殖条纹锯鮨,养殖密度达31.97kg/m^3,各批次养殖的平均成活率90.21%,单位产量耗水量为2.31m^3/kg。车间(包括养殖池)与循环水配套的设施设备成本比例为1:1.03。固定成本与可变成本比例为1:2.02。投资回收期为3.83年。盈亏平衡点为28.49%,安全盈余达71.52%,具有较好的抗风险能力。本研究可为条纹锯鮨工厂化循环水养殖及成本控制提供参考。 According to the physiological and ecological characteristics of grouper, this paper analyzes the construction of circular aquaculture system, supporting facilities and equipment and aquaculture data. The results show that at a density of 31.97 kg/m^3, the average survival rate of each batch is 90.21%, and the water consumption per unit yield is 2.31 m^3/kg. The cost ratio of facilities and equipment for workshop(including aquaculture pond) and circulating water is 1:1.03. The ratio of fixed cost to convertible cost is 1:2.02. The payback period is 3.83 years. The break-even point is 28.49%, which has a good risk resistance. This study can provide a reference for industrial recirculating aquaculture and cost control of striped saw tuna.
