心理治疗联合奥氮平对器质性精神障碍的疗效分析

Effect of psychotherapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with organic mental disorders

目的探讨心理治疗联合奥氮平对器质性精神障碍的治疗效果。方法选择本院2017年1月1日~2019年12月31日220例器质性精神障碍患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法均分为对照组和联合组,对照组采取奥氮平治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联合心理治疗。比较两组阳性与阴性症状评分(PANSS)、心理健康量表(SCL-90)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)和不良反应。结果对照组治疗后的PANSS总分显著高于联合组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后的SCL-90显著高于联合组,SF-36、MoCA显著低于联合组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应率10.91%与联合组不良反应率5.45%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论心理治疗联合奥氮平可显著降低器质性精神障碍患者的精神障碍程度,改善其心理健康水平、生活质量及认知功能。

Objective To study the effect of psychotherapy combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with organic mental disorders. Methods A total of 220 patients with severe organic mental disorder from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the combined group. The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the combination group was combined with psychological treatment based on the control group. The positive and negative symptom scores(PANSS),mental health scale(SCL-90),health survey summary(SF-36),Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment Scale(MoCA),and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total score of PANSS after treatment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the combined group(P<0.05). The SCL-90 in the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the combined group,SF-36,and MoCA was significantly lower than that in the combined group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 10.91%,which was no significant difference to that(5.45%)in the combined group(P>0.05). Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with olanzapine can significantly reduce the degree of mental disorders in patients with organic mental disorders and improve their mental health,quality of life and cognitive function.
