艾司西酞普兰对介入术后的急性心肌梗死患者血管内皮功能、PAI-1、焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of escitalopram on vascular endothelial function,PAI-1,anxiety and depression in acute myocardial infarction patients after intervention

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰对介入术后的急性心肌梗死患者血管内皮功能、PAI-1、焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将2018年4月~2019年4月期间我院收治的81例介入术后的急性心肌梗死的患者作为本次观察对象,掷币法分为对照组(40例接受介入术后传统治疗)和观察组(41例接受介入术后传统治疗+艾司西酞普兰治疗),持续治疗8周后检测两组患者血管内皮功能、纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(PAI-1),采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果治疗后,观察组NO明显升高高于对照组,ET-1、PAI-1明显降低低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰能显著缓解介入术后急性心肌梗死患者伴发的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善血管内皮功能,减轻冠脉血管内皮损伤,抑制患者心理、生理应激反应。

Objective To investigate the effects of escitalopram on vascular endothelial function,PAI-1,anxiety and depression in patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention. Methods A total of 81 acute myocardial infarction patients with anxiety and depression after interventional intervention in our hospital between April 2018 and April 2019 were selected and divided in two groups,the observation group(n=40)were treated with traditional treatment and the observation group(n=41)received conventional treatment + escitalopram treatment,and vascular endothelial function,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,NO in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and ET-1 and PAI-1 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Escitalopram can significantly alleviate the adverse mood of acute myocardial infarction patients after interventional intervention,improve vascular endothelial function,reduce coronary vascular endothelial damage,and inhibit psychological and physiological stress responses in patients.
