智三针联合颞三针对孤独症伴智力低下儿童语言障碍及智力发育的影响

Effect of Zhisanzhen combined with Niesanzhen on language dysfunction and intelligence development in autism children with mental retardation

目的观察智三针联合颞三针对孤独症伴智力低下儿童语言障碍及智力发育的影响。方法选择2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的110例孤独症伴智力低下患儿作为研究对象,依随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规综合训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗(智三针、颞三针)。共治疗8个月。记录并对比两组患儿治疗前1d、治疗8个月的孤独症病情状况(采用儿童孤独症评价表评估)、语言障碍状况[采用孤独症行为量表(ABC)的语言子量表评估]与智力低下状况[采用韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC)评估]。结果治疗8个月,观察组患儿的孤独症病情改善状况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8个月后,两组患儿ABC的语言评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8个月时,观察组患儿的智力低下改善状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规综合训练的基础上,采用智三针联合颞三针的针刺疗法可进一步缓解孤独症患儿病情,改善患儿的语言障碍,提高患儿的智力水平。

Objective To observe the effect of Zhisanzhen combined with Niesanzhen on language dysfunction and intelligence development in children with autism and mental retardation. Methods 110 autism children with mental retardation in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,55 cases in each group. Control group was given routine comprehensive training,and observation group was treated with acupuncture(Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen)based on control group. The course of treatment was 8 months. The condition of autism(evaluated by Childhood Autism Scale),language dysfunction [evaluated by Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)] and mental retardation [evaluated by Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC)] in two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment. Results After 8 months of treatment,the improvement of autism in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). After 8 months of treatment,the language score of ABC in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P< 0.05),and the improvement of mental retardation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Zhisanzhen and Niesanzhen acupuncture therapy based on routine comprehensive training can further relieve the condition of autism of children,improve the language dysfunction,and increase the level of intelligence.
