基于跨理论模型管理方案对伴有焦虑的口腔外科手术患者心理韧性及睡眠障碍的影响

Effects of management schemes based on cross-theoretical model on psychological resilience and sleep in patients with oral surgery accompanied by anxiety

目的探讨接受口腔外科手术伴有焦虑的患者采用基于跨理论模型管理方案干预后的效果。方法将我院91例接受口腔外科手术合并焦虑的患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组45例给予常规围术期护理,观察组46例应用基于跨理论模型管理方案,对比两组患者干预后创口愈合时间、愈合分级、心理韧性、焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量。结果观察组创口愈合时间、SAS、PSQI、SDS评分、乙级愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理韧性评分、甲级愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跨理论模型护理方案能够有效提升伴有焦虑症状的口腔外科手术患者心理韧性,缓解负面情绪,有利于创面愈合,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of interventions based on a cross-theoretical model management scheme for patients with anxiety during oral surgery. Methods A total of 91 patients with oral surgery and anxiety symptoms were randomly divided into groups in our hospital. The control group was given routine perioperative care,and the observation group was treated with a cross-theoretical model management program. Wound healing time,healing grade,psychological toughness,anxiety and depression,and sleep quality were compared after intervention between two groups. Results The wound healing time,SAS,PSQI,SDS score,and Grade B healing rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the mental toughness score and Grade A healing rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The cross-theoretical model nursing program can effectively improve the psychological toughness of patients with oral surgery accompanied by anxiety symptoms,alleviate negative emotions,shorten the wound healing time,improve sleep quality.
