术前动机性访谈对肺癌患者疾病不确定感及心理韧性影响

The influence of preoperative motivational interview on the uncertainty and psychological resilience in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨术前动机性访谈对肺癌患者疾病不确定感以及心理韧性的影响。方法将2019年03月~2020年03月本院接收的633例择期肺癌手术患者作为观察对象,根据双盲随机对照原则,予以分组探讨,其中常规组(n=317)术前常规访视,研究组(n=316)术前动机性访谈。对比两组访视前后的疾病不确定感评分、心理韧性评分。结果访视前,研究组与常规组疾病不确定感评分、心理韧性评分无差异(P>0.05);访视后,研究组疾病不确定感评分低于常规组,且心理韧性评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论手术实施前通过动机性访谈,能够有效加深肺癌患者对其疾病的了解,减低对疾病不确定感,提高心理承受能力。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of preoperative motivational interview on the uncertainty and psychological resilience in lung cancer patients. Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,633 patients with selective lung cancer surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of double blind randomized control. The routine group(n=317)received routine visit before operation and the study group(n=316)received motivational visit before operation. The scores of disease uncertainty and psychological resilience before and after the visit were compared between the two groups. Results Before the visit,there was no difference in the scores of disease uncertainty and psychological resilience between the study group and the routine group(P>0.05). After the visit,the scores of disease uncertainty in the study group were lower than that in the routine group,and the scores of psychological resilience were higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion The motivational interview before the operation can effectively improve the understanding of the disease in lung cancer patients,reduce their uncertainty of the disease,and improve their psychological tolerance.
