摘要
目的分析消毒供应中心护理人员应用情感激励干预后的效果。方法将我院2018年1月~2019年12月期间消毒供应中心任职的81例护理人员依据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组40例护理人员应用常规管理制度,观察组41例护理人员应用情感激励管理制度,对比两组护理人员干预后焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、团队协作能力及工作效率变化。结果干预后,观察组PSQI、HAMA及HAMD评分均低于对照组,团队协作能力评分及消毒灭菌合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情感激励能够有效提升消毒供应中心护理人员的团队协作能力,改善护理人员焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量,提高工作效率。
Objective To analyze the effect of emotional stimulation intervention on nursing staff in disinfection supply center. Methods A total of 81 nurses working in the disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2018 to 2019-December of our hospital were grouped according to the random number table method. The control group of 40 nurses applied routine management system,and the observation group of 41 nurses applied emotion incentive management system,The anxiety and depression level,sleep quality,teamwork ability and work efficiency of two groups of nursing staff after intervention were compared. Results After intervention,the PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the team collaboration ability score and disinfection and sterilization pass rate were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Emotional motivation can effectively improve the teamwork ability of nursing staff in the disinfection supply center,and improve their anxiety,depression and sleep quality.
