摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设正在紧锣密鼓地推进,作为粤港澳大湾区建设的重要一域,粤港澳大湾区职业教育该如何发力,又如何效力,是值得思量与探寻的重要问题。粤港澳大湾区职业教育要实现新时代的大发展,对内要强调发展力,对外要体现社会贡献力。内在发展力和社会贡献力作为评价职业教育发展的两个维度,属于正相关关系,内在发展力是职业教育实现发展的直接动力,社会贡献力是职业教育存在的价值彰显。在发展路径上,可围绕职业教育战略规划能力、资源整合能力、价值引领能力、问题治理能力、改革创新能力、国际竞争能力六个方面,促进粤港澳大湾区职业教育内在发展力的提升;在人才培养、技术服务、社会培训、文化辐射等方面,促进粤港澳大湾区职业教育社会贡献力提升。通过粤港澳大湾区职业教育内在发展力和社会贡献力的提升,强化粤港澳大湾区职业教育的品质与形象,助推粤港澳大湾区建设的全面发展。
The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in full swing.As an important part of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's construction,how to develop Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's vocational education and how to be effective is an important issue worth considering and exploring.In order to realize the great development in the new era,the vocational education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should emphasize its internal development power and embody its social contribution to the outside world.Internal development power and social contribution are the two dimensions to evaluate the development of vocational education,which belong to positive correlation.Internal development power is the direct driving force for the development of vocational education,while social contribution is the value manifestation of the existence of vocational education.On the development path,it can promote the internal development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area vocational education from six aspects:strategic planning ability,resource integration ability,value leading ability,problem management ability,reform and innovation ability and international competitiveness.The social contribution of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area vocational education can be promoted from the aspects of personnel training,technical services,social training,and cultural radiation and so on.Through the promotion of the inherent development and social contribution of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's vocational education,it can help to strengthen the quality and image of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's vocational education and promote the all-round development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's construction.
