6个枣种质亲缘关系的SSR分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]从分子水平揭示平顶枣的遗传变异,以期为平顶枣新品种选育提供有效的理论基础。[方法]利用19对SSR标记引物对3份平顶枣样品、1份无核枣样品、1份酸枣样品和1份相枣样品进行PCR扩增。[结果]共扩增出60个等位基因,每位点产物片段大小范围为114~283 bp,并通过构建聚类图,发现平顶枣内部出现明显差异。[结论]可为平顶枣的开发和新品种选育提供科学依据。 [Objective]The purpose of this study was to reveal the genetic variation of Pingding jujube at the molecular level,so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for breeding new varieties.[Method]19 pairs of SSR primers were used to amplify 3 samples of"Pingding jujube",1 sample of Wuhe jujube,1 sample of Wild jujube and 1 sample of Xiangzao.[Result]A total of 60 alleles were amplified,and the product fragment size ranged from 114 to 283 bp at each point.By constructing a cluster map,the genetic relationship of the 6 samples was constructed and there were obvious differences in Pingding jujube.[Conclusion]It could provide scientific basis for the development and new variety breeding of Pingding jujube.
