摘要
开放式组织培养是一种植物组织培养的新方法,该文从抑菌剂种类、培养容器、器具灭菌及成本核算等方面综述了植物开放式组织培养的关键技术,并对未来发展前景进行展望。
Open tissue culture was a new method of plant tissue culture.In this paper,the key technologies of plant open tissue culture were reviewed from the aspects of the types of antimicrobial agents,the sterilization of culture containers and instruments,and the cost accounting.The future development of this technology was prospected.
