摘要
档案数字化是档案信息化的基础工作。近年来,各级各类档案馆、档案室的档案数字化业务多以外包方式委托第三方机构组织开展,它们的服务质量直接影响档案数字化成果的保存和利用。鉴于人员管理是档案数字化管理中最大的难点,也是所有管理理论中讨论的焦点,此次调查以档案数字化外包从业人员为切入点,通过问卷和实地走访,获取一线信息并通过Clayton Alderfer的ERG理论分析从业人员的职业状况,进而探讨优化管理的对策,以求找到满足员工需求与实现项目目标的平衡点,确保档案数字化工作有序推进。
Digitization of archives is the basic work of archive informationization.In recent years,digitization work of the archives have been mostly outsourced to the third party,their services quality directly affects the preservation and use of the digitized results for archives.Given that man-management is the biggest difficulty in the digitized management of archives,it is also the focus of all management theories,this investigate takes the practitioners of archives digitized outsourcing companies as the starting point,through questionnaires and field visits,to obtain the front-line information and analyze the occupational status of the practitioners based on the theory of ERG for Clayton Alderfer,and then discuss the countermeasures of optimal management,so to find a balance between meeting the needs of practitioners and achieving the project goals,as well as to orderly advance the digitization of archives.
