On Professor Jia Liujin’s Experience in the Application of Shenling Baizhu Powder

参苓白术散源自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是临床常用健脾益气、和胃渗湿方。贾六金教授在继承钱乙"五脏虚实补泻"学术思想基础上,进一步发展了"五脏证治",逐步形成了"五脏证治,突出脾胃论治"的学术思想。临床上,遵循"异病同治""证同治同"的治疗原则,应用参苓白术散治疗内外妇儿诸多疾病,一方多用,疗效可观,突出了中医辨证论治、异病同治的思维优势。

Shenling Baizhu powder,derived from Taiping Huimin Hejijufang(prescriptions made by Taiping Huimin Pharmaceutical Bureau),is a prescription which can invigorate spleen and benefit qi,harmonize stomach and eliminate dampness.Professor Jia further developed the theory of five-zang syndrome differentiation based on Qian yi’s academic thoughts of"five-zang deficiency and excessiveness as well as reinforcing and reducing combination",forming his own thought of"five-zang syndrome differentiation and highlighting spleen and stomach".Clinically,he adhered to the tenets of"homotherapy for heteropathy"and"homotherapy for the same symptoms",and treated diseases of internal and external medicine,pediatrics and gynaecology by means of Shenling Baizhu powder.One prescription is effective in applying in various diseases,which highlights the advantages of TCM thoughts-the syndrome differentiation and homotherapy for hereropathy.
