许昌市数字乡村建设的问题及对策

Countermeasures and Problems of Digital Rural Construction in Xuchang

近年来,政府陆续出台了多种相关政策鼓励农业农村信息化的发展。许昌市作为大宗农产品的重要产地,积极推进农业信息化发展,促进数字乡村建设。该市已经推出了农业信息化服务平台和APP,利用信息化手段为农业农村发展服务。本文通过分析许昌市农业信息化的发展现状,发现了许昌市的农业信息化建设中还存在着农业信息服务体系不完善,信息平台效益不高,农民意识薄弱等问题。提出进一步加强规划引领,针对目前存在的问题全面系统地完善数字乡村建设方案,以基础设施建设和人才培训为抓手,强化信息标准化、规范化等各项措施,推动农业农村发展与“互联网+”更好地结合,通过数字乡村建设来服务农民,促进农村经济发展。

In recent years,the government has issued a variety of relevant policies to encourage the development of agricultural and rural informatization.Xuchang,as an important producing area of primary agricultural products,actively promotes the development of agricultural informatization and the construction of digital countryside.The city has launched agricultural informative service platforms and APP,using information technology to serve agricultural and rural development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural informatization in Xuchang,this paper found that there were still some problems in the construction of agricultural informatization in Xuchang,such as imperfect agricultural information service system,low efficiency of information platforms,weak awareness of farmers and so on.It is necessary to further strengthen planning and guidance,to comprehensively and systematically improve the digital rural construction plan in view of the existing problems,took infrastructure construction and personnel training as the starting point,intensify information standardization and standardization,and promote the better combination of agricultural and rural development with Internet+,and serve the farmers through digital village construction and improve the economy.
