摘要
信息化教学能力是师范生在校学习及未来工作中所必备的能力,厘清当前中小学教师信息化教学能力现状并分析师范生培养与基础教育需求之间的关系,是建构师范生信息化教学能力培养体系的迫切需求。从教育信息化2.0时代学习方式的嬗变出发,调研并总结了当前基础教育阶段教师信息化教学能力现状和存在的问题。基于调研结论构建了师范生信息化教学能力框架、“五维度、三层次”的内容体系、培养策略以及“一个目标、两类支持、三个阶段”为主的培养模式,为高师院校师范生信息化教学能力培养提供可借鉴的思路和方法。
Information teaching ability is a necessary literacy for normal school students to study in school and work in the future.To clarify the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’information teaching ability and to analyze the relationship between normal students’training and basic education needs areurgent needs to construct the training system of normal students’information teaching ability.Starting from the evolution of learning style in the era of educational informatization 2.0,this paper investigated and summarized the current situation and problems of teachers’information-based teaching ability in the current stage of basic education.Based on the research conclusion,this paper constructed the framework of normal students’information-based teaching ability and the content system of“five dimensions and three levels”,the training strategy and the training mode of“one goal,two kinds of support and three stages”so as to provide reference ideas and methods for the training of normal university students’information-based teaching ability.
