中国南方电网有限责任公司的营业范围涵盖了云南、贵州、广西、海南、广东等地,服务用户达3亿人,采用传统的管理措施和管理理念对这样庞大的企业来说,无疑将造成极大的人力资源浪费、降低管理效率,增加管理成本。可见,将互联网等先进信息技术引入能源企业管理是亟待我们解决的难题之一。为此,着眼于A能源公司稳敏双态业务特点,基于对“双态”业务的自动化IT构架关键技术研究,构建了一套稳态和敏态和谐共存的新型双态IT构架平台。以此推动“智慧深供”建设,助力A供电局“率先达到世界一流水平,加快向综合能源服务公司全面转型”产业布局。

The business scope of China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.covers Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Hainan,Guangdong,Shenzhen and Guangzhou,and has nearly 300 million users.For such a huge enterprise,adopting traditional management measures and management concepts will undoubtedly cause great waste of human resources,reduce management efficiency and increase management costs.It can be seen that the introduction of advanced information technology such as the Internet into energy enterprise management is one of the difficult problems that need to be solved urgently.For this reason,this paper focuses on the characteristics of stable and sensitive dual-state business of A energy company,and constructs a new dual-state IT architecture platform based on the key technologies of automated IT architecture for"dual-state"business.In this way,we will promote the construction of"wisdom and deep supply",help company A to carry out"taking the lead in reaching the world first-class level,accelerating the overall transformation to integrated energy services company"industrial layout.
